BUSIA DISTRICT LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROCURING AND DISPOSING ENTITY (PDE) PROCUREMENT NOTICE NO. 1 UNDER PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2025.

Busia District Local Government will receive and has allocated funds to be for construction of works, supplies and services under SFG, PMG, DDEG, DWSCG and local Revenue. The Entity now invites applications from eligible bidders to bid for contracts and Registration of service providers for works, services, and goods for the financial year 2024/2025.

Bidding will be done in accordance with open Domestic procedures contained in the PPDA Act 2003 and as amended in 2014 and are open to all bidders who are eligible.
